What is the minimum quantity for custom labels?
Custom label minimums start from 100 units for digital print runs. Roll labels for automatic application typically start from 250-500 units depending on size and finish. Contact us for exact minimums based on your specification.
What file format do you need for custom labels?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF (print-ready, CMYK, outlined fonts, 3mm bleed), and Photoshop (.psd at 300dpi). If your artwork is not print-ready, we will advise on what adjustments are needed before production.
Can you produce waterproof labels for beverages and bath products?
Yes. We produce waterproof labels on BOPP film that resist moisture, condensation, refrigeration and submersion. These are standard for beverage brands, bath and body products and cleaning products.
Do you offer label design services?
Label design as a standalone service is available through our Brand Packaging Services. For production of existing designs, you supply artwork and we handle the rest.
How long does custom label production take?
Digital roll labels typically ship in 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Specialty finishes such as foil or embossing require 10-15 business days. Rush production is available on select specifications.
What is the difference between digital and lithographic label printing?
Digital printing is cost-effective for shorter runs and offers fast turnaround. Lithographic (offset) printing delivers superior colour accuracy and is more economical for large volumes. We advise on the best method for your quantity and specification.
