What is the minimum quantity for custom product boxes?
Folding carton minimums typically start from 500 units for digital print. Offset printing for larger runs starts from 1,000 units. Rigid box minimums are generally 200-500 units. We will advise on the best production method for your quantity.
Do you provide structural design and dielines?
Yes. If you need a new box structure, we can develop a dieline based on your product dimensions and packaging requirements. If you have an existing dieline, we will review it and advise on any adjustments before production.
Can you produce food-safe folding cartons?
Yes. Food-safe cartons are produced on SBS board with food-safe inks and coatings. We can provide material safety documentation on request.
What is the lead time for custom folding cartons?
Digital printing: 10-15 business days from artwork approval. Offset printing for larger volumes: 15-20 business days. Rigid boxes: 20-25 business days. Rush production is available on select formats.
Can you match a Pantone colour for my brand?
Yes. Pantone matching is available on offset print runs. For digital printing, we match as closely as possible to your Pantone reference. We send a proof for approval before production on all orders.
Do you produce retail-ready shelf packaging?
Yes. Shelf-ready packaging (SRP) and PDQ display formats are available. These are designed to be placed directly on retail shelves without repacking individual units.
