Is there a cost to join the Managed Reorder program?
No. The Managed Reorder program is included as part of working with Edynamics Packaging. There is no separate enrollment fee. Your specifications are stored from your first completed order.
How quickly can I get a quote on a reorder?
For repeat specifications with no changes, we return quotes same-day. If you are changing quantities, delivery address or any specification, allow one business day for an updated quote.
What if I want to make changes to a reorder?
Changes to existing specifications — updated artwork, different quantities, new variants — are treated as new quote requests and returned within one business day. We will flag any changes that affect pricing, lead time or production method.
Can I manage multiple packaging formats and SKUs through the program?
Yes. Brands with multiple packaging formats and SKUs — labels, cartons, pouches and mailers, for example — are managed centrally. You can reorder individual items or multiple formats in a single request.
Do you send reorder reminders?
Yes. If you set a preferred reorder interval, we will send a reminder when it is time to review inventory levels and place a reorder. This is particularly useful for brands with predictable consumption rates.
What happens if I want to change suppliers?
Your artwork and specification files remain your property and are available to you at any time. We can provide all files in standard production formats on request.
