What is the turnaround time for custom banners?
Standard vinyl banners: 3-5 business days from artwork approval. Pull-up banners: 5-7 business days. Trade show displays and complex systems: 10-15 business days. Rush production available.
What file format do you need for sign printing?
For large format printing we accept PDF (print-ready, CMYK, at least 100dpi at final size), Adobe Illustrator (.ai with outlined fonts) and high-resolution raster files. For vinyl, ensure your file is set up at the correct output size or provide at 1:10 scale at 300dpi.
Do you produce outdoor-rated signage?
Yes. Our outdoor vinyl banners are printed with UV-resistant inks on heavy-duty 18oz vinyl. For extended outdoor use, lamination is recommended. We will advise on the appropriate specification based on your installation environment.
Can you produce signage in custom shapes?
Yes. PVC foam board, acrylic and vinyl graphics can be produced in custom shapes via digital cutting. There is no additional setup cost for custom shapes in most formats.
Do pull-up banner stands come included?
Yes. Pull-up banners are quoted as a complete unit including the printed graphic, cassette mechanism, carry bag and instructions. We offer standard and premium cassette hardware options.
Can you ship signage to multiple locations?
Yes. We regularly produce signage for brands with multiple retail locations or franchise networks. Multi-location orders are shipped directly to each location. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
